Accessibility London 2011 Unconference is Coming Soon
Published: | No Comments
Reading Time: < 1 minuteFollowing from the success of 2010, the Accessibility London 2011 Unconference will be held on Wednesday 21st September 2011.
The unconference is a one day event and the theme this year will be cognitive impairment and mental health – under-represented populations within web accessibility.
The event will be structured with short presentations that have ‘longer’ discussions, i.e. a place for people to learn from each other. Workshops will be also offered to give attendees the opportunity to try out existing, new and emerging assistive technology.
Once again I’ll be helping to organise the event and I hope to be speaking too.
Full details on the event can be found at: a11yldn.org.uk. If you fancy participating a call for contributions page, and don’t forget to get your tickets here.
There are Facebook and Lanyrd pages too as well as Twitter.
Maybe I’ll see you there.
