Padua Communications Case Study
Accessible website build

The Padua Communications Website
Padua Communications are a thriving marketing agency based in Woking, Surrey. They help businesses with their communications and offer support for PR, copywriting, content, branding, marketing and events.
The early Padua Communications website had become tired and out-of-date. Managing Director Nicky Rudd approached us to build her a new flexible and dynamic website that would support her company and allow her to easily communicate with her clients and potential clients.
Nicky had engaged the services of a designer to create the look and feel for the website. We took in these designs, and after constructive feedback from Coolfields Consulting a final site design was agreed.
The design featured some striking graphical icon elements which accompany each individual service that Padua Communications offers. The colour scheme for each area of the website was distinct.
Nicky also required the functionality to easily store and present customer testimonials. She also runs a number of workshops and other events, and wanted a way to promote and describe these events.
We constructed an accessible WordPress theme from the designs and added the bespoke functionality that Nicky required. We also selected some appropriate WordPress plugins to enhance the functionality of the site and improve security. Regular blogging on her chosen subjects was important to Nicky so we utilised the full news/blog functionality that WordPress provides as standard.
Despite her non-technical background and busy lifestyle she is able to maintain a dynamic website from anywhere she has an internet connection.
